7-8 BIBLE
FIRST SEMESTER: THE POWER OF A QUESTION!
Jesus asked over 300 questions and even though He was asked nearly 200 questions. He only answered a handful of them directly. In fact, Jesus was nearly 40x more likely to ask than to answer a question. Jesus is the Answer! He is also the question!
This semester we will explore the conversations surrounding some of Jesus questions in the gospels. Along the way we will learn much about Him, ourselves, and the world around us. Here are some of His questions that will lead our journey to deeper faith, understanding, and obedience:
What are you looking for? Do you love me? Can worrying add a single hour to your life? Who do you say that I am? What are you talking about as you walk along? Do you want to get well? If you only love those who love you what credit is that to you? What do you want me to do for you? Do you know what I have done for you? Why are you afraid? Do you want to leave also? Where is your faith?
